QuickShip BD was born from a real pain point in Bangladesh's booming f-commerce (Facebook commerce) industry. Thousands of merchants were spending 3-4 hours daily manually copying customer order details from Messenger conversations into spreadsheets, then re-entering that data into courier systems. This manual process led to errors, wrong deliveries, and fake order losses.
The platform needed to solve the entire order-to-shipment workflow: parse unstructured Messenger messages, detect fraud, book couriers, print labels, and send tracking notifications — all from a single dashboard.
My Role
What I owned
I owned the product direction, UX design, landing-page design, front-end implementation, and system architecture for the SaaS launch.
Mapped the end-to-end merchant workflow from Messenger order intake to courier booking.
Designed the public marketing site and the core dashboard experience in a Bangla-first UI system.
Built the parser, courier integration layer, and fraud-prevention workflow around real merchant behavior.
Shaped pricing, onboarding, and feature packaging to support both solo sellers and growing teams.
Problem Solving
How I approached the real problems
Turning messy chat messages into usable order data
I structured the product around a fast paste-and-parse workflow so merchants could move from unformatted Messenger text to a ready-to-book shipment in seconds.
Preventing fake-order losses before dispatch
I introduced SafeShip scoring and customer history checks so risky deliveries could be reviewed before merchants spent money on shipping.
Keeping a complex workflow easy to learn
I simplified a multi-step operation into one clear dashboard flow with bilingual labels, focused actions, and visible progress states.

Challenges Faced
Building a SaaS for the Bangladeshi e-commerce market presented unique challenges:
Unstructured Data Parsing: Customers send orders in Messenger in wildly different formats — Bangla, English, or mixed. Phone numbers, addresses, and amounts appear in no consistent order. The AI parser needed to handle all these variations.
Fraud Detection: Fake orders are a massive problem in BD f-commerce. Merchants ship products only to have them returned, losing shipping costs. SafeShip needed to build a reputation system tracking customer reliability.
Multi-Courier Integration: Each of the 6 courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, eCourier, Papfly, Sundarban) has different APIs, booking flows, and label formats.
Bilingual Support: The entire UI needed to work seamlessly in both Bangla and English.
Scale & Pricing: The platform needed to serve solo sellers doing 50 orders/month and large operations doing thousands, with pricing that makes sense for both.
My Approach
I designed and built the entire platform from concept to launch:
UI/UX Design: Created a clean, modern landing page and dashboard UI in Bangla-first design. Built the "paste message → parse → book → print" flow to be completable in under 15 seconds. Designed pricing tiers and feature comparison tables.
Smart AI Parser: Built the natural language parser that extracts name, phone, address, and amount from any message format. Handles Bangla numbers, various phone formats, and mixed-language text.
SafeShip System: Developed the fraud detection engine that tracks customer order history, return rates, and flags high-risk orders before shipping.
Courier Integrations: Built API integrations with all 6 courier partners for automated booking, tracking, and A6 thermal label generation.
Feature Set: Implemented inventory management, customer CRM, team management with role-based access, multi-store support, profit calculator, webhook/API system, and SMS notifications via Klaviyo.
Landing Page: Built a high-converting landing page with animated hero, problem-solution storytelling, feature showcase, testimonials, and pricing section.
Results & Impact
QuickShip BD launched successfully and quickly gained traction:
Adoption: 500+ active merchants within the first months. Merchants report saving 20+ hours per week on order processing.
Efficiency: Order processing time reduced from 3-4 minutes to 15 seconds. 40% reduction in delivery returns through SafeShip fraud detection.
Platform: 3 pricing tiers (Starter ৳199/mo, Pro ৳499/mo, Business ৳999/mo) plus a free tier. Full bilingual support in Bangla and English. Mobile apps for Android and iOS.
