They needed a comprehensive local SEO strategy that would make them visible across all 21 NJ counties and drive emergency service calls from property owners dealing with water damage.

I implemented a comprehensive local SEO strategy:
Service Page Architecture: Created 15+ dedicated service pages — water damage restoration, commercial water damage, flooded basement cleanup, sewage cleanup, storm damage, mold inspection, mold removal, mold remediation, attic mold, carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and sanitizing/disinfecting.
County-Specific Pages: Built 21 county landing pages optimized for "[service] in [county]" keywords: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren, and more.
Google Business Profile: Optimized the GBP listing with complete business info, service categories, photos, posts, and Q&A. Set up review generation workflow.
On-Page SEO: Implemented optimized title tags, meta descriptions, H1-H6 hierarchy, FAQ schema, and LocalBusiness schema across all pages. Added structured data for services, reviews, and emergency availability.
Content Strategy: Created comprehensive content addressing water damage signs, restoration process (6-step), health risks, prevention tips, and cost information — all targeting informational and transactional keywords.
